How does mindset work – explained simply
- More than 90% of our behaviour comes from the subconscious mind
- Every experience leaves a kind of imprint on the brain.
- This gives rise to beliefs, feelings and behavioural patterns.
During the hypnosis session
I accompany you throughout the process and use questioning techniques and
intervention methods.
You are not passive, but in a state of deep relaxation – similar to
Daydreaming – and in constant conversation with myself.
You can pause the session at any time if necessary.
You visualise old experiences from your subconscious and realise that you
don’t have to stick to it.
You can replace old patterns of thinking and behaviour and experience a new
sense of freedom.
The result
is reinforced by a personal voice recording that you listen to for three weeks after the session.
Difference between hypnotherapy and RTT®
Good to know
RTT® is usually carried out in two sessions. In most cases, the issue is significantly improved or resolved after just one session. For smoking cessation, weight loss and trauma, two to three sessions may be necessary.
Working method
Reflective intervention through questioning during hypnosis. Your concerns are the focus.

Code of Ethics
In Austria, the term ‘therapy’ is strictly regulated and reserved for psychotherapists and physiotherapists. I would like to point out that the RTT® method does not replace psychotherapy and does not promise a cure. Hypnosis must not be used in cases of mental disorders such as schizophrenia or epilepsy!
Doing nothing is not a solution!
According to a WHO study, psychological illnesses and burnout syndrome
are on the rise in Europe.
