wingwave® is a proprietary and extensively tested short-term coaching concept that combines elements from the following methods:
- Bilateral hemisphere stimulation (through eye movements or auditory
 impulses – similar to REM sleep)
- Neuro-linguistic coaching (NLP)
- Muscle test (myostatic test) for precise stress diagnosis
This combination makes it possible to specifically identify emotional blockages and process them at the neuronal level – in many cases with noticeable results within just a few sessions.

How a wingwave® session works
- Clarification of objectives: We discuss the topic you bring with you and what you would like to achieve.
- Muscle test: With the help of the myostatic test, we can precisely identify the
 emotional stress triggers.
- Intervention: Targeted bilateral stimulation (e.g. eye movements) is used to
 stimulate stress management.
- Integration &a Conclusion: New thought patterns, clarity and emotional
 Relaxation sets in.
Duration: Usually 60–90 minutes per session. Many issues can be permanently resolved 
in just 2–4 sessions.
Scientific background
wingwave® is based on findings from neuropsychology, EMDR research and the
coaching field. Its effectiveness has been proven in several studies (e.g. at the University
of Hamburg and the German Sport University Cologne), particularly with regard to
stress reduction, performance enhancement and emotional stabilisation.
